We are a Greek owned English managed company based on Poros, with
a wide range of managerial skills within the team. We believe in offering
a quality service to both buyers and sellers, extending beyond the
normal support, to be sure that all parties get satisfaction. We take
care to know your requirements and aim to match them as close as possible.
We work closely with the local community to be able to introduce new
residents to all the necessary procedures and local facilities. Personal
experience in purchasing properties in Greece has led us to wanting
to provide an easier path for those that are considering doing the

About the area |

Poros Island: Only one hour by flying Dolphin from Athens. Poros
consists of two islands separated only, by a small canal only a few
metres wide. It is a popular tourist destination, and so is generally
more expensive than the mainland.
Galatas: A small town on the mainland opposite Poros Island. Galatas
has good local shops and all normal town facilities. Small villages
are grouped around Galatas in the surrounding hillsides.
Trizina: An old city approximately 10 km West of Galatas. Trizina
at one time claimed to be the second largest city to Athens and is
very much a part of Greek history. It is in fact only the size of
a small village so it has very few shops.
Methana: A good example of the volcanic action that formed the area.
The main town is along the coast line, but it also has small villages
up in the hills. Methana is popular to those suffering from rheumatism,
because of the sulphur baths, which you will pass near the harbour
on the way into Methana town. |
